Sky Engineer / Satellite TV Installer Technician - Sub-contractor
Looking for an experienced Satellite TV Installation and Service Engineer to work on Sky Q jobs in mostly MDU environments (flats) to the West of and Northwest of London.
This is an ongoing Sub-Contract, undertaking installations for Sky, where Glass or Stream is not possible, of their legacy Sky Q product, and to undertaking service calls on and moves / relocations of existing Sky Q customers’ systems.
This is an opportunity for a sub-contractor working price per job, we can provide ladders, drills, Sky meters etc.
All the Sky Q equipment, dishes, Engineers iPadetc is provided by Sky.
Ideally, we are looking for contractors with their own van, there is potentially an initial company van option, where you can rent a van from the employer.
The rates are:
- £40 per completed Sky Q installation.
- £35 per service call.
Work will be allocated at 8 jobs per day, so income £280 to £320 per day.
You can either working through CIS, Umbrella or as Limited Company Contractor (there is no PAYE option).
You will personally cover travel / fuel and parking costs, including ULEZ personally. CC may be covered by the client.
If you complete your 8 jobs each day, additional work can be assigned where available.
This is an initial 6 months sign up, to March 2025. It is likely to continue beyond this.

- previous Satellite TV installations experience.
- No issues passing a DBS check.
Have or be willing to hire your own vehicle.
