We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer Electrical or Mechanical bias to work with one of the UK's leading FM providers.
About the Multi-Skilled Engineer
You will be working in a high end commersial building, working on all Reactive Maintenance and Remedial Works. This will involve Electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Shift patterns - 4 on 4 off days and nights.
Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Engineer
- Responsible for overseeing maintenance and reactive tasks
- Maintenance on Electrical distribution systems and control panels
- Knowledge of HVAC maintenance.
- PAT Testing and inspection.
- Key components are AHUs,FCUs,Compresses and chillers
- Repairs to building fabric, and handyman duties and services
- Fault fining on sockets and hand dryers
- PPM, Fire Alrm Tests, Sprinkler tests and Emergency lighting.
Requirements for Multi-Skilled Engineer
- 18th Editions
- Level 3 Electrical or Level 3 in Plumbing or Plumbing & Heating
- Level 3 in mechanical install

- Salary is 45,000 basic.
