My repeat client is looking for a Cargo Reservation Agent to join a busy Heathrow team. The Reservations Agent reports into the Reservations Manager and provides the best in-class customer experience to airline customers, in order to maximise revenue opportunities & grow market share. This is a Monday - Friday position, working 9am - 5:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
Main duties:
- Handling correspondence & enquiries received into the reservations e-mail inbox.
- Making bookings in the airline operating systems.
- Assisting the Reservations Manager & Supervisory/Lead Agent staff with new ideas and suggestions to achieve targets & meet deadlines
- Responsible for providing accurate reports to customers, both in the UK and abroad
- Chasing up offloads as well as reporting back within agreed timescales
- Feeding back to the Sales team with any upselling opportunities or system issues
Requirements:
- Previous industry/cargo customer service experience within the airport (ideal)
- Strong administration and customer service skills (essential)
- Excellent planning and organisation skills (essential)
- Commercial awareness, resilience, team spirit & excellent attention to detail (essential)
- Professional attitude towards work, customers & colleagues

Benefits, Package &Â Pay:
- Salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum
