We are a leading accountancy firm under new leadership, currently seeking a talented and motivated Accounts & Audit Senior to join our team. Your role will help strengthen our presence in Sussex and across the UK as we provide a wide range of services to the Media, Retail, IT, and Services industries.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports for a diverse client portfolio.
- Offer expert advice and guidance on accounting and tax matters to clients.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support the training and development of junior staff members.
- Stay informed on changes in accounting regulations and industry trend
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service.
 Requirements:
- Professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, AAT) or finalist / part qualifiedÂ
- At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy firm.
- Good working knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Outstanding analytical and problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- IT literateÂ
