Description
- Directing all aspects of tax activities and compliance within the company.
- Preparing and reviewing corporate and individual tax returns.
- Advising on tax strategies and planning, optimising the company's financial performance.
- Communicating with tax authorities and providing needed information.
- Ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
- Supervising, training, and mentoring members of the tax team.
- Keeping up to date with changes in tax law and regulations.
- Liaising with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure tax compliance.
Profile
A successful Tax Director should have:
- A strong academic background in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field (ACCA/CTA etc).
- Proven experience in a tax leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of tax regulations and legislation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
