Business Solutions Executive
Salary: £28k - 32k + Company benefit package
Location: Hove
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17.00pm (hybrid working available after successful probation period of 6 months.)

You will ideally have a background within sales, retention or account management and ideally within the insurance, wealth management or finance industry and enjoy being able to offer further business solutions to an existing client base.
Please not that candidates of particular interest to my client will have a background within either financial services (wealth management) or accountancy and finance background.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a portfolio of clients and manage the relationships effectively to ensure the retention of existing clients and growth of the portfolio.
- Prospect existing client base to source additional business opportunities.
- Create introductions for appropriate business solutions partners and ensure the capture of all information on the CRM system.
- Investigate and research prospects and identify key decision makers within the existing clientele.
- Obtain and confirm prospect renewal dates and record on the CRM system.
- Cross selling and upselling business solutions and general insurance products.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with the existing client base.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns from customers and business solutions partners.
- Attend team meetings, contributing ideas to improve best practice and opportunities for the wider business.
- Adhere to FCA rules and regulations and statutory compliance.
The right candidate will need the following skills and experience to apply:
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of business solution products that will benefit current clients, ideally insurance, financial services, wealth management, or finance and accountancy services.
- You will be used to working in a proactive, busy and client focused environment.
- Good IT skills, Word, Excel and using CRM systems to capture information to diarise sales activity.
- Able to work off your own initiative and manage your own workload effectively.
- Excellent active listening skills and the ability to pick up relevant information effectively.
- Worked within sales, retentions or account management with the ability to retain and grow a portfolio of business.
- Able to work to KPI’s and targets within a regulated working environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
