Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional kitchen working as a Chef de Partie
  • Cooking all fresh food to a high standard, everything from scratch and fresh including all stocks and sauces, breads and ice cream.
  • High standard of personal appearance & hygiene
  • Professional attitude at all times
  • NVQ Level 2 in Catering

Role

  • Working in a brigade of 5 to 6 cooking all fresh food to 1AA Rosette standard in this lovely all fresh food gastro pub/restaurant.
  • Prepare, maintain and clean all kitchen areas to a high standard
  • Prepare high quality menu items and dishes in a timely manner
  • Assisting with menu development
  • Ensure clients receive an excellent experience resulting in repeat business and excellent reputation
  • Communicating all operational duties and feedback to Head Chef
  • Supporting the Head Chef in the smooth running of each and every shift
  • Motivate your team mates to be the best they can be
