About Us:

An award-winning small to medium sized design and manufacturing business in Brighton, East Sussex are looking to grow. Having been formed almost 30 years ago to support the continuing growth of the business we are looking to recruit a results-driven Sales Executive to join their expanding sales team and to help achieve their ambitious expansion plans over the next 5 years.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of the business, identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Your mission will be to promote the full range of products, ensuring each customer receives a tailored approach to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients across various industries.
  • Proactively generate new business through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by converting high-quality leads into successful deals.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales records using the companys CRM system.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the print sector or a related industry.
  • A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
  • Passion for branding and visual marketing.
  • A full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
