Location: Hove (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting pre-qualified leads to conduct a fact-find and assess client needs
  • Generating new business through phone, email, and written communications
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurers
  • Negotiating policy terms and quotes with insurers
  • Converting enquiries into successful sales
  • Cross-selling and upselling relevant products and services
  • Managing the sales process and maintaining an accurate CRM system
  • Working towards monthly revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience (ideally in insurance, financial services, or recruitment, but not essential)
  • A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Target-driven and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • IT-literate with experience using CRM systems, Word, and Excel
  • Willingness to complete training and development to support CPD and CII modules
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
