The nurseries all hold Good to Outstanding Ofsted ratings. The nursery is very creative, offering classes including yoga, music, dance, art, languages and sports. They are open 07 00 until 18 00, Monday to Friday all weeks of the year except for one week at Christmas. The nursery offers excellent support and ongoing training for staff, enabling you to add and develop your skill set. The nursery offers training opportunities such as Leadership and Management, enabling you with genuine promotion prospects and potential career development opportunities. The nursery has a performance related pay scheme and offers competitive salaries dependant upon experience. There are annual awards and company conferences as well as free lunches cooked by on-site chefs. The nursery is looking for qualified staff that hold NQT Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent. Your new roleYour role would be as a Section Lead in the nursery in Hove. You will be assisting with the day to day running of the classes, supporting the children and using your initiative to help them succeed. The nursery is open all year round, the hours are as follows:

What you'll need to succeedIt is essential that you have NVQ Level 3 Child Care Qualification. You will need to have worked within a Nursery/primary/pre-prep environment in the last 2 years, that can provide a reference. You need to have a clean enhanced DBS Check on the update service or if not, the nursery will run an enhanced DBS check for you. You need to be flexible and most importantly, have a fun personality that the children will be able to engage with.
