We are recrutimeng for an Assistant New Business Account Exectuive to lead a team of five dedicated insurance professionals in delivering exceptional service to a growing insurance portfolio of clients

Role Overview:

You’ll oversee a team that engages with warm leads generated by a Business Development team (no cold calling). You will play a pivotal role in identifying and fulfilling insurance needs across a variety of sectors, including:

  • Care and domiciliary care
  • General insurance (shops, offices, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of five professionals,
  • Engage and convert warm leads provided by Business Developers
  • Handle risks ranging from £600 to £16,000+
  • Cross-sell products and services to maximize value for clients

While we’re open to candidates from various industries, the ideal applicant will have:

  • A background in sales, insurance, wealth management or finance, ideally with team management experience or ready to take on that challenge
  • A proactive, efficient, and self-motivated work ethic
