Key Responsibilities

The IFA Administrator will be central to the firm's operations, responsible for managing the submission of new business and top-up transactions, ensuring all compliance requirements are met, and keeping the back-office system up to date with accurate records. The role involves working closely with various financial platforms to handle fund transactions, process switches, and manage income requests.

In addition to supporting the advisers by preparing essential information and documents for client meetings, the successful candidate will assist with ongoing projects, including asset migration to new platforms, and contribute to the preparation of annual client review reports.
