Reed HR have partnered with a growing organisation within the education sector who are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Brighton. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
Hours: 21 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment processes, including interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and improve workplace culture.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR advisory role, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
