  • Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
  • Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
  • Ensuring full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Delivering exceptional client service at every stage of the process.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members where necessary.About You:
  • A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE in property law.
  • Proven experience handling residential property transactions from start to finish.
  • Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible way.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
  • A team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
