- Handling a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients on all aspects of property law.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and other legal documents with attention to detail.
- Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
- Ensuring full compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Delivering exceptional client service at every stage of the process.
- Supervising and supporting junior team members where necessary.About You:
- A qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 4 years PQE in property law.
- Proven experience handling residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Excellent knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- A client-focused approach, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and accessible way.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- A team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
