Your Role:As a Commercial Property Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting partners and solicitors, handling legal documentation, managing your own caseload, and liaising directly with clients. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will ensure smooth property transactions. 
  • Preparing and processing SDLT and Land Registry applications
  • Drafting key transactional documents such as mortgage deeds
  • Engaging directly with clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • Managing risk assessments, file openings, and compliance processes
  • Supporting solicitors with pre- and post-completion matters
What You’ll Bring:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Commercial Property team
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building ability
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Confidence using case management systems and IT software
