- Preparing and processing SDLT and Land Registry applications
- Drafting key transactional documents such as mortgage deeds
- Engaging directly with clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Managing risk assessments, file openings, and compliance processes
- Supporting solicitors with pre- and post-completion matters
- At least 1 year of experience in a Commercial Property team
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building ability
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confidence using case management systems and IT software
