What You’ll Be Doing
  • Assisting Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives with residential conveyancing matters
  • Gradually developing into a fee-earning role, starting with support work and moving towards handling your own caseload
  • Managing freehold and leasehold transactions with increasing responsibility
  • Drafting legal documents, including contracts and transfer deeds
  • Conducting property searches and due diligence
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage brokers
  • Handling post-completion administration, including SDLT submissions and AP1s
  • Supporting and mentoring junior paralegals
  • Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing process
