Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving the company’s online presence, implementing engaging marketing campaigns, and managing digital platforms to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. This is an ideal role for a marketing professional looking for more autonomy and strategic involvement in a fast-paced, evolving business.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing SEO, website content, and digital campaigns to maximise visibility and engagement.
- Creating and executing organic and paid social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Overseeing email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or similar platforms, including campaign creation and reporting.
- Analysing and optimising Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).
- Managing and updating Webflow or other CMS platforms (training provided if necessary).
- Designing and creating compelling marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all marketing channels.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply for this role:
- A marketing degree, CIM qualification, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and creative thinker who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in the insurance or social care sector is advantageous but not essential.
