£30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary OTE £70,000+

25% - 40% Uncapped commission splits (No thresholds)

Mon-Friday (No weekends!)

My client is a highly successful mortgage broker with over 10+ years in the industry, with a trained back-office support team they offer whole of market advice to their clients on mortgage & protection products around the UK & Internationally! The Mortgage Team now need to grow further to cope with the demand and enable them to service Mortgage & Protection leads instantly.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Mortgage team. This opportunity has become available due to the on-going growth of the business, due to increased business levels.

Key responsibilities:

• To provide clients with advice and recommendations on mortgage and protection products
• Oversee each application through to completion, working closely with administrators and paraplanners where required.
• Ensure all files meet the standards set out by the company, network, and regulator.
• Update relevant client management systems and reports.
• To update clients and introducers and answer any queries in a timely manner.
• To ensure that all compliance and regulatory requirements are met, in line with the rules set out by the company, regulator and network.
• To stay up to date with industry and market developments
• Maintenance of required professional qualifications and continuing professional development.
• Along with your main duties, you will also be expected to carry out any other duties that are reasonably asked of you.

Role Requirements:

• CeMAP 1,2 & 3 are essential.
• Experience in the whole of the market would be preferable.
• Proven track record working in a sales target environment or managing a busy workload with deadlines.
• Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication skills; written & verbal.
