They are seeking a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker to join the team and help maintain our facilities to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the school premises are clean, safe, and well-maintained
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Oversee security measures, including locking and unlocking buildings
- Manage waste disposal and recycling
- Monitor heating, lighting, and ventilation systems
- Assist with setting up rooms for events and activities
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or urgent maintenance issues
- Liaise with external contractors and service providers as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic maintenance and repair skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
