Day-to-day of the role:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment.
Ensure continuity of education for students during staff absences.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different learning environments and student needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working in primary schools.
Nurturing and empathetic nature, with a strong ability to understand and cater to the emotional and educational needs of children.
Highly flexible and adaptable to different school environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with students, staff, and parents.
