Lettings Coordinator

Salary: £28k - £30k + company benefit package

Location: Hove

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm

Must have a Full UK driving licence and ideally own transport

Parking available.

Do you want to work for a well-established, friendly and customer focused independent property organisation that have a great reputation in their market and value their employees? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings administrator/negotiator or property manager that wants to work in a busy office working in a varied role out of their offices in Hove.

You will already have a lettings/property management background, enjoy working in a varied and busy role, and be a real team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking in viewings, valuations and market appraisals - diary management.
  • Carry out pre-tenancy checks, referencing, right to rent checks, logging deposits.
  • Progressing tenancy files and dealing with check in’s.
  • Negotiating rent renewals and processing the necessary paperwork.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, contractors and other third parties via phone, email and correspondence
  • Attend viewings and property inspections as required.
  • Dealing with incoming calls, taking messages and logging information on the CRM system Jupix.
  • Deal with maintenance issues and queries from tenants.
  • Manage in email inbox.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • A proven background in either property management/maintenance/lettings administration/negotiation.
  • Full UK driving licence and ideally own transport.
  • Highly organised, can multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player, and a proactive and professional manner.
  • Good IT skills inclusive or Word, Excel and using property CRM system - Jupix would be advantageous.
  • Confident, great communication skills and diligent.
