Senior Property Manager

Location: Hove

Salary: £28k - 35k DOE + bonus + incentives + Company benefits

Hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 - 17.30pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-17.00pm) with ½ a day off in lieu.

(Must have a full UK driving licence to apply).

This unique opportunity will allow you to build strong business relationships with landlords and focus on delivering great service to tenants and landlords alike.

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming queries from tenants and landlords over the phone, email and correspondence.
  • Check ins and check outs.
  • Registering deposits.
  • Managing your own diary and prioritising your own workload.
  • Issuing maintenance works and ensuring the work is carried out quickly and efficiently.
  • Diary management - booking in gas safety certs EPC, EICR’s and fire risk assessments.
  • Conducting mid-term inspections (pool car available).
  • Dealing with tenancy renewals.
  • Preparing legal notifications, section 21’s and 8’s.
  • Updating the internal systems and CRM - Fix flow and Domus.
  • Attending team meetings and additional training where required.

The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:

  • Full UK driving licence - a pool car is available for use (however if you use your own car a permit can be sourced for you).
  • Proven property management experience of looking after a portfolio of residential properties.
  • A natural problem solver, and able to prioritise your workload effectively.
  • God IT skills including using property management CRM systems.
  • Personable, friendly and able to multi-task.
  • Self-motivated, positive and proactive.
