Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Leading Property & Construction Consultancy - Brighton

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic Property & Construction Consultancy in Brighton.

This is the perfect role for a driven individual looking to take the next step in their career, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of sectors while working towards chartership with full APC support.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established national consultancy with seven offices across the UK. You will be part of a close-knit team of four in Brighton, with exciting plans to double in size within the next year, providing excellent opportunities for career progression.

This role offers exposure to a wide variety of commercial, education, healthcare, heritage, hospitality, residential, and retail projects, managing developments ranging from £1m - £100m. You will gain invaluable experience across Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employer's Agent, and Bank Monitoring services, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the role.

With a structured APC programme and direct mentorship from Chartered Senior professionals, this is an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to refine their skills, take on greater responsibilities, and work towards chartership in a supportive environment.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A Quantity Surveying or RICS-accredited degree
  • 1+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience (Consultancy experience preferred)
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Local to Brighton or willing to relocate
