Our client is a reputable sales and lettings agency with a strong focus on customer service. They are looking to grow their hard-working team with an experienced Lettings Administrator. The role will involve carrying out viewings so a driving licence and own vehicle is essential.
Responsibilities
- Booking and completing property viewings for prospective tenants
- Answering the phone and emails, assisting tenants and landlords with any queries
- Liaising with maintenance/contractors on any issues in properties
- Arrange and complete mid-term property inspections
- Completing ID and referencing checks on tenants
- Reception duties - welcoming visitors to the office and assisting as required
- Always offering an excellent level of customer service
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as required to help sale's and lettings team.
Requirements
- Lettings experience
- Confident being people-facing and excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to multi-task
- Organise and prioritise workload appropriately
- Strong communication skills
