- A proven track record in estate agency sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
- Uncapped earning potential with OTE of £45,000 - £55,000 DOE.
