Your role is crucial in ensuring the efficient administration of the school office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reception Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to enquiries.
  • Administrative support: Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Student Records: Maintain and update student files and attendance records.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between parents, teachers, and administration.
  • Event Coordination: Help organise school events and meetings.
  • Office Management: Order supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office is well-maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
