A Day in the Life of a CPN: Join our team as a CPN and make a real difference in the lives of young people experiencing mental health crises. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations.

  • Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans.

  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery.

  • Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.

  • Keeping accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards.

  • Liaising with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure holistic care.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Current and valid NMC registration and PIN.

  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

  • Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health care.

  • Car driver required.

Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers flexibility, with long days available (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) from Monday to Sunday. The contract is for 3 months ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
