A Day in the Life of a CPN:

Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within a CAMHS Crisis Team and make a meaningful difference supporting children and adolescents in acute mental health distress. Your responsibilities will include:? Rapid mental health assessments for children in crisis? Formulating risk management and safety plans? Delivering brief interventions and stabilisation support? Working closely with families and carers? Collaborating with schools, social care, and other health professionals? Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings and duty cover? Accurate documentation and compliance with safeguarding procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

? Current and valid NMC registration and PIN? Child mental health experience is essential? Crisis or urgent response experience highly desirable? Strong assessment and risk management skills? Excellent communication and teamwork? Compassionate and resilient nature
