An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Product team of a specialist travel brand as a Product & Supply Chain Manager. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving the growth and success of the product portfolio.


As a Product & Supply Chain Manager, youll work closely with the Head of Product to manage in-life products, ensuring they align with strategy and exceed guest expectations. You'll be responsible for supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and optimising supply chain costs while driving product development and quality management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong supplier partnerships and optimise supply chain costs.
  • Conduct market research and support demand forecasting.
  • Innovate products to enhance guest experiences and margins.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date trip information.
  • Manage supplier agreements, inventory, and pricing negotiations.
  • Maintain quality control and handle supplier-related issues.


Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international suppliers.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contractual knowledge.
  • Ability to manage key decisions related to quality, safety, and service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
  • Experience in contracting hotels, DMCs.
