Administrator
Salary: 25,000 per annum
Are you an organised and detail-oriented Administrator looking to support a dynamic admin team? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our client's friendly team and assist with various administrative tasks across all departments.
Administrator Key Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently and accurately
- Input and manage data with attention to detail
- Work with spreadsheets, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables
- Perform general administration duties as required
- Correlate data for payroll processing
- Provide administrative support to all departments, ensuring smooth operations
Administrator Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially with Pivot Tables
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous administrative experience is essential
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am - 4:45pm (45-minute break included)
