Temporary Office Administrator
Location: Hucknall
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (30 min lunch)
Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour

Harper Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a reputable family-run construction company in Hucknall. Our client is seeking a proactive administrator to provide office support to the wider team.
Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephones and responding to queries
- Managing the email inbox
- Using the internal computer system to raise new jobs and subcontractor orders
- Accurately inputting data and maintaining timesheet records
- Filing, scanning and photocopying
- Processing invoices
- Other general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience in office administration, preferably within the construction/building sector
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Enthusiastic and hard working
Additional Information:
- This is a temporary contract with an expected end date in December 2024
- This role is fully office based in Hucknall, with free parking available.
