Role Overview:We are looking for anAssistant Quantity Surveyorwith experience in any sector or background. This role can be offered on a contract or permanent basis. Our client provides full support to help you gain chartership and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans.
- Supporting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Helping with subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
- Assisting in preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts.
- Supporting the assessment and management of project risks and opportunities.
- Providing assistance with accurate and timely cost reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice.
