About Us:Our clienta leading Tier 1 main contractor with a strong presence nationwide. Our client is seeking aSenior Quantity Surveyorto join their team based in the East Midlands. The initial project will be an 800-plot site in Hucknall.
Role Overview:We are looking for aSenior Quantity Surveyorwith experience in any sector or background as we are looking for multi-sector experience.This role can be offered on a contract or permanent basis. Our client provides full support to help you gain chartership and offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and managing project budgets and cost plans.
- Conducting cost analysis and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing subcontractor procurement and negotiation.
- Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts.
- Assessing and managing project risks and opportunities.
- Providing accurate and timely cost reporting to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Supporting the project team with commercial and contractual advice.
