What You'll Be Doing:
- Owning the numbers-managing complex transactions, financial reporting, essentially accounting for the Group.
- Coordinating with external advisors to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Keeping financial controls tight while the business continues to evolve.
- Overseeing a bookkeeper (to be appointed).
What You'll Need:
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Strong technical accounting skills-practice background and/or Group experience preferred.
- Experience with complex transactions-this isn't just about ledgers and reconciliations.
- The ability to work closely with lawyers, tax advisors, and investment specialists.
- A sharp, no-nonsense approach-this is a business that values straight talk and precision.
