I am delighted to be supporting a manufacturing business in Mirfield on their search for a Management Accountant!
The Management Accountant plays a key role in providing financial insights to support decision-making. They monitor and analyse financial data, prepare budgets, and track performance metrics. Your role will involve creating detailed reports on costs, margins, and profitability.
About the role
- Preparation of accurate monthly management accounts including cost centre reports and variance analysis.
- Providing insight into performance to directors and heads of.
- Presenting figures at the monthly review meetings
- To fully integrate within operations, partnering on projects and decision making.
- Calculating standard costs
- Support the annual budget process, submitting operations forecasts.
- Production of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
About you
- ACCA/CIMA part qualified
- Strong excel & Microsoft skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
