Title: Personal Tax Senior Location: Huddersfield, HD1 Hours: Full time, 3.30pm finish on Fridays Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, DOE

We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Tax candidate to a chartered Accountancy Practice in Huddersfield. This role is currently going through a period of growth, including the acquisition of new tax clients so the team need someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage personal tax compliance for a portfolio of clients.• Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HMRC regulations.• Provide advisory services on personal tax matters, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and tax planning.• Liaise with clients to resolve tax queries and provide excellent client service.• Assist in payroll processing and related compliance tasks, leveraging payroll experience to streamline operations.• Stay updated with changes in tax legislation and communicate impacts to clients and colleagues.• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:• Solid experience in personal tax compliance and advisory services.• ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified, desirable• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax laws and regulations• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
