Working in practice is working in practice, right?? Doing the same things, in the same old chair… having the same old conversations with the same clients about the same set of accounts and the same tax discussions. Eat sleep repeat.
Well, it doesn’t need to be.

Ultimately there is route to lucrative equity director levels for someone with the right ambition.

Required:
- ACCA / ACA (Qualified or perhaps very close to completion)
- A track record of success and achievement in an accounting firm. Previous success when working with a diverse portfolio of clients and supporting their reporting / management accounting and perhaps audit requirements.
- Great IT / system skills and practical awareness of accounting software such as Sage and Xero.
- Ability to coach and lead others in a positive and constructive manner.
- Professional and accessible communication skills - able to put clients at ease and discuss financial info with a non finance audience of business owners / leaders.
