Bennett and Game Recruitment has the pleasure of working with a Chartered Accountancy Practice who are seeing an Accounts Assistant to join their growing firm on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have experience working within an Accountancy Practice and will be either AAT qualified or studying towards their AAT qualification.
The successful Accounts Assistant will be tasked with running a portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and VAT returns.
Accounts Assistant Job Overview- Preparation of accounts for clients
- Bookkeeping
- VAT returns
- Preparation of CT computations and SA tax returns
- Running a portfolio of clients under the supervision of senior members of staff
AAT qualified or studying towards AAT qualification
Relevant experience within an Accountancy Practice is essential
Accounts Assistant Salary & BenefitsSalary £27,000 - £30,000
Hours 37.5 per week (flexible start and finish times)
Annual leave 24 days + bank holidays
