My client is looking to recruit a key team member within their office, based in Milnsbridge.
Working within a small, friendly, close-knit environment, duties will include:
- Control all day-to-day financials using Sage 50
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Credit Control
- Keep in contact with and prepare accounts for the Bank
- Keep an eye on all customers
- Working closely with the debtor insurance provider
- Marry up all purchase orders when received with invoices and chase where necessary
- Ensure all files, reports, details and information is securely and neatly stored
- Answering the phones politely and helpfully
- Dealing with customers and suppliers efficiently on the phone and on email
- Sales and Purchase order entering
