IPS Finance have partnered with a marketing consultancy on a newly created Assistant Accountant role.This is a hybrid role with study support towards ACCA or CIMA.The role supports the Finance Manager and this position is open to a first move from practice or industry. The Assistant Accountant role will offer exposure to all areas of finance including;
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare journal entries and ensure accurate financial data.
- VAT Returns
- Assist in the annual audit process.
