We are currently recruiting on behalf of our key client based in Huddersfield for a temporary Administrator. This role offers an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. If you have 1 to 2 years of experience in administration, are methodical, a team player, and proficient in computer use, this is an excellent opportunity for you. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and your ability to quickly adapt to new systems will be highly valued.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Update systems with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform fast and accurate data input.
  • Check data for any discrepancies and ensure all information is up-to-date.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to email queries promptly.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Methodical approach with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in fast and accurate data input.
  • Computer literate, especially proficient in Excel and quick to learn new systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the telephone and via email.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Must be a team player and immediately available.
