We are seeking experienced SEN Administrative Staff to join our dedicated team in a school renowned for its inclusive and supportive environment. Day-to-day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the SEN department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and SEN documentation.
- Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to coordinate support for pupils.
- Assist with the organisation of meetings and reviews related to SEN provision.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.
- Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
- A valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting pupils with SEN.
