Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide administrative support to the SEN department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and SEN documentation.
  • Liaise with teachers, parents, and external agencies to coordinate support for pupils.
  • Assist with the organisation of meetings and reviews related to SEN provision.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding and data protection policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with SEN in a similar or transferable role.
  • A valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting pupils with SEN.
