Sonic Summary

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate to enhance their design and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
The successful applicant will assist with feasibility studies, develop designs, and produce working drawings while managing a demanding workload.
A degree in Architectural Technology is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with MCIAT qualification.
Proficiency in Revit is essential, with additional experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop being highly desirable.

Your main responsibilities and personal qualities required will include;

Assist with feasibility studies and designs to professional standards to meet target dates

Assist with developing designs through to planning

The ability to manage a demanding workload producing working drawings

Possess a good level of technical ability in all forms of construction alongside experience in Building and Planning regulations and procedures

Work closely with the in-house associated consultants and also external consultants

As a qualified Technologist your skills and qualifications will include;

Degree in Architectural Technology

Preferably be MCIAT qualified, with a minimum ACIAT

3+ years post construction qualification experience desirable

Proficiency in Revit essential

Experience of AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop is highly desirable

Competent in other software packages inc Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
