Senior Architectural Technologist

Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, awarding architectural practise based in Huddersfield, who are actively looking for an enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technologist to join the team. Alongside becoming part of a tight knit team, our client our offering a salary ranging up to £45,000, 31 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working hours and ownership of a project.

Our client has built up a talented, tight knit team of around 10 architectural professionals, who specialise within a variety of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Care, Education. The successful individual will have the opportunity to develop a vast portfolio, working on projects ranging up to 1.4 million, using Revit on a daily basis, assisting across all RIBA stages, liaising with clients and running their own projects.

• Work on a range of Residential, Education, Industrial and Healthcare developments
• Attend site, work closely with clients and other professionals
• Work projects from inception through to completion
• Oversee projects and manage projects
• Use Revit on a daily basis

• Living in or around the Huddersfield area
• Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 5 Years Professional Experience
• Excellent knowledge of building regulations
• Highly motivated with a brilliant work ethic
• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Experience within the Residential, Industrial, Healthcare and / or Education sector

• Competitive Salary, ranging between £35,000 - £45,000+ (DOE)
