Hours: Part time - Sunday: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual to join their team. The role primarily involves sales and customer service, with some hands-on support alongside the installation team when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers in-store, over the phone, and via email to provide expert sales advice and build customer relationships.
  • Demonstrating and promoting premium products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assisting customers with their orders and coordinating with the installation team to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Handling customer service inquiries and maintaining excellent after-sales support.
  • Accurately inputting customers details into the system.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised showroom with well-presented products.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing.

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident and customer-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Physically fit, as some manual handling (with provided training and equipment) may be required to support the team.
  • Common sense and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Professional appearance
  • Experience with Microsoft packages and social media
  • Ability to sell premium product is key.
  • Sage Experience is desirable
