The Whistling Kettle Tea Room is a leading Tea Room and Bistro in the heart of the beautiful village of Mirfield and due to demand we need an additional Barista to join our current team. You will have Barista experience, have excellent customer service skills as well as being passionate about food, drink and hospitality where our primary goal is making our customers feel welcomed and part of the family.

This is a great opportunity to join our small but committed team where you will be working predominantly as a Barista but happy to cover Front of House / all round to cover holidays etc. We serve freshly prepared food, afternoon teas, coffee (supplied by an award winning company), fresh cakes, wines, beers etc.

Responsibilities include preparing coffees, teas, cakes, taking orders, maintaining cleanliness standards and serving food to customers, making coffee to a high barista standard, Taking and processing customer orders, serving food to our customers and helping set up and close down. Any experience

Previous waiting experience is essential, great communications skills, punctual, well organised and presentable.

Part time hours are available and we are open Tuesday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.
