JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a reputable and growing organisation based in Huddersfield as they look to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis. This individual will play a key part in the finance team where you will be responsible for all purchase ledger and other ad hoc duties in the office. You will be reporting into the Finance Manager who will provide their support and knowledge within the position. Full training will be offered and is a superb time to be joining them as they continue to grow.
This role will include:
- Process purchase invoices
- Matching invoices against purchase orders, investigate and resolve queries, provide full details for Directors to be able to approve invoices for payment
- Cost analysis.
- Posting invoices
- Post and monitor stock in transit invoices.
- FX transactions
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Assist with annual external audits and stock takes.
- Set payments on the bank to be approved by a Director, to include end of month BACS runs.
