Our client based in Huddersfield are looking for Machine Operatives with experience within a printing background .If you have worked in any machine operating roles such as enclosed machines, digital print presses etc please send your CV for review.
3 Shifts available with early finishes on a Friday
Good rates of pay which are dependent upon experience.
Location is HD1
The Role
- Operate and monitor wide-format digital printing equipment, including printers, laminators, and plotting machines
- Prepare and set up printing jobs by loading materials, adjusting print settings, and ensuring the proper calibration of equipment
- Collaborate with team members to prioritise and schedule print jobs, ensuring deadlines are met, and production schedules are maintained
- Conduct regular quality checks during printing to ensure colour accuracy, print clarity, and overall print quality
- Maintain accurate records of print jobs, consumables and material usage
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with the printing equipment and remedy or liaise with relevant parties to resolve them promptly
- Perform routine maintenance on digital printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
